In almost every area of Sport, psychology is being accessed by all top performers to the point that if you don't use this powerful tool you are putting yourself at a considerable disadvantage.

Newife is here to help you get to where you want to be whether it is professional performance at the highest level or simply to reduce your handicap by a few strokes or help perfect that perfect tennis serve.

The best way to achieve your sporting goals is by thinking positively and imaginatively. Just being positive on it's own is not enough. You need to believe, really believe.

Each person's belief and expectation system is the ultimate key to success in any sporting activity and our belief and expectation system is in turn dependent upon what our subconscious has learnt, usually at an early age.

This is why endless practice, will power, focus, good coaches and hard work on their own are never enough to succeed. It is why it seems some people were destined for greatness from a very early age.

Tiger Woods is a perfect example but just as good are those great sportsmen denied early advantages in life, e.g. Lee Trevino.

Fortunately, dramatic improvements can be made because there is a way that our belief and expectation system can be changed for the better.

Using visualisation skills, and in particular NLP techniques, ordinary amateur sports people as well as professional atheletes can be taught to understand that they have not only the ability but as much right to potential to succeed as anyone else.

Sam Allardyce has recently stated that the difference between a premiership footballer and an amateur is down to 90% belief in themselves. In terms of physical ability there is little difference between the two.
