There are, in a nutshell, two different kinds of hypnotherapy treatment which are listed below. It is important to point out however, that hypnotherapy itself rarely provides a cure. It is the therapy part of hypnotherapy which is far more beneficial.

Suggestion Therapy is very useful and provides rapid relief for relatively simple problems such as nailbiting, public speaking, smoking and some stress and weight control problems.

Analytical Therapy is for the deeper rooted problems. This tool is used to identify and remove the underlying emotional cause of such things as; lack of confidence, phobias, relationship difficulties, stress, insomnia etc.

Quit Smoking

The success rate is extremely high - in fact, some surveys have shown it to be definitely one of the most effective methods of quitting. No drugs are used and there are no unpleasant side effects; many people experience no withdrawal symptoms and little or no craving.

Anxiety and Stress

Hypnosis is of enormous help in reducing stress and/or anxiety levels, though there are two distinctly different methods of treatment. Whether you need help for a 'one-off' situation like a driving test, for example, or a more persistent and possibly deeper-rooted problem, Hypnosis can help you. The best method for any individual can really only be determined by consultation, many people finding that two or three sessions, spread over a month or so, are sufficient.

Weight Control
